Biography

Sandra Sanchez has worked professionally within the health and fitness industry for the past 30 years as a personal trainer, movement specialist, soft tissue therapist, and Acupuncturist. She attended Hofstra University for Exercise Physiology and grew her passion for learning about the human body throughout her career. She learned directly from Los Angeles Clipper Soft Tissue Therapist and world-renowned manual movement expert Lenny Parracino. Next in her journey, she studied under world-renowned Physical Therapist Gary Gray and Dr. Dave Tiberio, PHD and became a Gray Institute Fellow of Applied Functional Science. She continues to take her education and experience to new boundaries that will change the way practitioners treat and view human bodies as a whole.

Combining manual therapy and acupuncture as complementary treatments can offer synergistic benefits for individuals seeking relief from various health conditions. By integrating these modalities, she provides a comprehensive approach to treatment, addressing both musculoskeletal issues and imbalances in the body’s energy flow. This combined approach can lead to enhanced pain relief, improved treatment response, and allows for customized treatment plans tailored to the individuals specific needs and goals. Through manual therapy, muscular tension can be released, and joint mobility can be improved, while acupuncture can target pain pathways and promote relaxation, thus optimizing therapeutic outcomes and supporting overall well-being.
