Amanda Carney is a holistic health & nutrition coach who believes eating well and feeling good does not need to be complicated. She has worked at the Eleven Eleven Wellness Center, alongside Dr. Lipman, for over 5 years. Amanda runs a private coaching practice where she educates and motivates her clients by helping them make simple and effective changes to reach their personal health goals.
Dawn Brighid is a certified integrative nutritionist who guides clients to create their best health by understanding the root cause of imbalance. Since we can't be “perfect” all the time, Dawn encourages clients to enjoy life and food while creating new habits that support a healthy lifestyle. Dawn also runs her own nutrition practice.
Katie Ulrich is a certified Holistic Health Coach and 200 hr Yoga Instructor who aims to show clients that a shift into a healthy lifestyle is delicious, rejuvenating, and fun. She strives to helps clients integrate simple habits for sustainable success. Katie runs her own wellness business, Blissful Kitchen + Life.
Anamaria Pontes is an Registered Nutritionist providing nutrition counseling and a high level of support empowering individuals to develop a sound and nurturing relationship with food, the environment and how they perceive and move their bodies. On her nutrition private practice, Anamaria investigates the root cause of symptoms and ailments through observations and interrogations regarding nutrition and lifestyle practices. She then works with clients to design a set of recommendations, which help them to achieve sustainable wellness. Her counseling focuses on food, supplements and lifestyle practices’ value in healing the mind, body and spirit.
Anamaria holds her MS in Nutrition from Lehman College, is a Certified Health Coach through the Institute of Health Coach, and is trained in Ayurveda and Yoga from a certified program that took place in the South of India.
Courtney is a certified nutrition and wellness coach helping busy professionals achieve their health objectives. She assists clients in attaining sustainable weight loss, reducing food cravings, increasing energy and managing stress. With 15 years experience in the corporate world (most recently at Disney), Courtney understands first hand the challenges of maintaining a healthy, balanced lifestyle while juggling a successful career and family.
Courtney is a graduate of Boston College and the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. She is also accredited by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. Courtney is a life long athlete and trained for the 1992 Summer Olympics. She loves staying active by playing tennis, practicing yoga and keeping up with her two small children Logan and Avery.
Hailing from the sunny shores of Australia, Raj is a Be Well Health Coach, nutritionist, yoga instructor + teacher at The Class by Taryn Toomey. She is passionate about all things mind, body + soul, and feels motivated to share her knowledge with anyone who will listen. With a strong curiosity towards Ayurveda and ancient tradition, she works to constantly find the balance between optimum health + a little fries + red wine on the weekends.
Katrine van Wyk
Katrine van Wyk is the author of Best Green Drinks Ever and Best Green Eats Ever, is a certified holistic health coach and a yoga teacher. She received her nutritional training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and has worked closely with Dr. Frank Lipman over the years at his practice, The Eleven Eleven Wellness Center, in NYC. As a part of Dr. Lipman’s team of health coaches, Katrine helps to guide his patients through dietary changes and lifestyle recommendations that fit within their demanding and busy lives. She knows that each person has individual needs and personalities and that no one diet or approach is right for everyone. Katrine is the nutrition adviser for The Juicery and continues to develop recipes for their locations around the world. Katrine lives in Brooklyn with her husband and two kids.

What is health coaching?
Health coaching is a one-on-one consulting service in which a certified health coach provides customized, tactical support to help you achieve your health goals. Whether you’re trying to lose weight, manage a new health condition, resolve digestive discomfort or create new healthy habits, health coaches create individualized programs tailored to your needs and provide practical, strategic advice and accountability.
What qualifications do Eleven Eleven Wellness health coaches have?
All of the Eleven Eleven Wellness health coaches have been personally trained by Dr. Lipman and have also received certification through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (or IIN) and, in most cases, additional trainings and certifications in nutrition, specific health conditions or modalities such as yoga and meditation.
How do I know if a health coach can help me?
Health coaches don’t diagnose or treat diseases but, instead, help clients make changes that improve their overall health and well-being across a range of health goals, conditions and concerns.
